Véghelyi, Ákos

Ákos Véghelyi

He graduated from Ferenc Liszt College of Music Pécs in 2003, majoring in theory of music, solfeggio and choral conducting. He began his musical career as a solfeggio teacher at Sásd Music School in 2000. Later he went on teaching music and liturgical songs at the Grammar School of the Reformed Church in Pécs from 2008 to 2011, Since that time he has also been working at Kontrasztok Music School where he currently leads the Solfeggio Department.
He played an active role in the choral life of Pécs as a member of the Jubilate Choir of the Central Parish Church from 1994 to 2011 and as a singer of the Pécs Chamber Choir from 2003 to 2011.
He has been the conductor of the Béla Bartók Mixed Choir of Mohács since 2009.
He was the bass singer of the UniCum Laude from 2011 to 2015.

Pécsi, Csaba

Csaba Pécsi

During his school years, he played in a brass band between 1964 to 1968. Later he was a member of chamber choirs. His technical life (mechanical engineer) goes along with making music on higher than hobby level. Between 1974 and 1985, he was a member of the Pécs Chamber Choir. He was one of the original members of Bach Singers.
He was one of the founder members as baritone singer in UniCum Laude until 2011, and also one of the dominant members who shaped the UL brand in this period.

Dobos, László

Dobos László

He graduated from the Pécs Teacher Training College in 1980, majoring in Hungarian and Music. Between 1985 and 1995, he worked as teacher of music, conducting, and theory of music at Zoltán Kodály Grammar School in Pécs. In 1981, he founded do-lá studio that makes and publishes records of classical music. Since its foundation, the has studio issued about 360 recordings, and besides these, it has produced recordings for Hungaroton Classic, Naxos, Marco Polo, Koch Schwann, Re Nova Classics and Somm Records.
László Dobos founded Bach Singers in 1985, of which he was leader until 1999. He conducted, among others, on studio concerts of the Hungarian Radio, concerts of the National Philharmonic Society in Austria, Poland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark.
He was the musical engineer of the UniCum Laude recordings and the bass singer of the vocal group from 1994 to 2011. At present he is the acoustic director and musical engineer of Kodály Centre in Pécs.
